Position: Technical Support Agent (Independent Contractor) 

Working Location: Your Home Office 

Job Description: We are seeking qualified computer support specialists to provide technical assistance to our customers.  Experienced candidates will be selected to provide troubleshooting assistance for Microsoft Windows-based computers over the phone.

Requirements: 

  1. -          2+ Years Experience in PC Troubleshooting
  2. -          Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
  3. -          Experience in troubleshooting Windows 95, 98, 2000, and XP
  4. -          Experience in LAN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  5. -          Skilled in both software and hardware troubleshooting
  6. -          Must have high speed broadband internet access
  7. -          Must be willing to work from home

 Compensation: $12 to $16 per hour

 Additional Notes: Advancement opportunities are also available.
